Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the tools, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
